Operations Generalist

Location: Vancouver, BC (Hybrid)
Structure: Open to part-time or full-time

The Role

We’re looking for an Operations Generalist to support the leadership team of a fast-growing eCommerce business and help keep the company running smoothly day-to-day.

This role sits at the intersection of operations, project management, and executive support. You’ll help turn discussions into action, keep projects moving, and ensure that important tasks don’t fall through the cracks.

For someone early in their career, this role offers an unusual amount of exposure to how a real business runs.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership and gain experience across multiple areas of the company.

What You’ll Do

Operations & Execution

• Attend internal meetings and help capture action items and decisions

• Turn discussions into clear tasks and follow up to ensure execution

• Help track projects and priorities across teams

• Assist with operational coordination across multiple brands

Executive Support

• Support the leadership team with scheduling, coordination, and logistics

• Prepare notes, agendas, and materials for meetings

• Help ensure important priorities stay organized and moving forward

Administrative & Office Support

• Assist with general administrative tasks

• Coordinate travel, logistics, and scheduling when needed

• Support office operations and organization

Who This Role Is For

This role is best suited for someone early in their career who wants to learn how businesses actually operate.

You might be:

• A recent graduate

• Someone with 1–3 years of experience in operations, admin, or a startup

• Someone looking to move into operations or business management
